So this video is in response to my last video where I mention a 30% turnover rate for most businesses in the next 6 to 12 months. And you know, a good friend of mine reached out, he said love the video, very relevant – how can I reduce that 30% because I don’t want to lose 30% of my people? And I kind of chuckled and said, you know what, the best way to do it is to have a plan and clearly communicate the plan to your employees, but that plan needs to be tied around your business objectives. What are your business objectives going forward? How does office space play into those business objectives? How can you use it as a tool for those business objectives? And then come up with your plan of hybrid, you know, in person five days a week or remote. It all needs to be tied back to your business objectives and how you see space being used as a tool for those business objectives. And then once you have that plan, do not make any other decisions based on fear. Right now, I feel like there’s a lot of fear going on. Fear of losing my employees, fear of making my employees unhappy, which we all should think about. But at the end of the day, it’s a business. We have business objectives. How is the office based going to be used as a tool to get to those business objectives? And make decisions based on that. And just trust the fact that you’re gonna lose some people. You cannot make everyone happy, but you can rest in the fact that these decisions were based on your business objectives.
