Watch Consolidated Container Company’s Senior Vice President Jeff Brubaker talk about the cultural change the workforce is embracing as they move into new headquarters space for the first time in almost two decades.
We worked with CCC’s senior leadership on a top-down culture analysis of their workplace needs and employee preferences, and used our data-driven approach to scout space in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket that would meet CCC’s unique needs. A vacant office building at 2500 Windy Ridge was an immediate standout for CCC, which makes containers for beverages, food, nutritionals, household cleaners, automotive and more.
2500 Windy Ridge has large open floor plates, high ceilings, natural light, beautiful views of the Chattahoochee River and walking trails that will encourage employees to get some exercise during the day.
CCC’s new headquarters space was designed by a Cooper Carry team led by Kim Rousseau and Brian Parker and was built by Choate Construction, while Transcend Founder & CEO Patrick Braswell and Director of Client Strategy Kristi Farley oversaw project management.
CCC just moved into the 52,000-square-foot space, which has a mix of private offices and work spaces with low partitions. There are also open collaborative work areas, nooks that encourage spontaneous conversations and small meetings, conference rooms for larger meetings, incredible river views and lots of natural light throughout the space.
After interviewing a half dozen firms last year before starting this headquarters office project, CCC chose to work with Transcend, Brubaker said. Click here to watch the video.
“Transcend was the right partner for us. It really was the technology, the data analysis and the cultural fit with Transcend,” Brubaker said. “Patrick, Kristi and Transcend were willing to work with us in our environment and meet us where we were, help us lead through [the change].”
