Moving to new office space can be torture. Keeping track of furniture, computers, files and other office supplies that must make it from one place to another is a daunting task, and there’s always a risk of interrupting business operations.
It doesn’t have to be that way. Thoughtful and effective project planning can make office moves painless.
We recently helped Brightlink upgrade its office to a new space at the Overlook III building on Paces Ferry Road. The advance planning and coordination made the relocation go more smoothly, said Scott Allen, COO of Brightlink, a communications platform that offers cloud, voice, messaging and analytic services.
“Moves are always challenging,” Allen said. “The good part is that it was well coordinated. Having that project planning, having that coordination, was very helpful and Transcend provided a lot of those services.”
